My practice is structured around a monthly capacity model designed to give attorneys consistent drafting support without the friction of hourly billing.
Instead of tracking or limiting work by the hour, each tier reserves a defined level of drafting capacity. This allows you to assign work freely without needing to think in time increments or monitor usage task-by-task.
What This Means for You
• You can delegate work as it comes up without worrying about hourly tracking
• You receive consistent, near-final drafting output with minimal need for revision
• Work is handled within a structured workflow designed to maintain momentum across your cases
What “Capacity” Means
Each tier is built around a realistic and sustainable volume of work that can be completed thoroughly and on schedule within a given month.
While this model removes the need to track hours on individual tasks, it is not intended to function as unlimited drafting. The expectation is that assignments remain within a reasonable scope for the selected tier.
How Work Is Managed
Work is handled in the order received and scheduled based on existing assignments and deadlines. Turnaround times remain consistent when the volume of work aligns with the intended scope of the tier.
If a matter requires priority handling or accelerated turnaround, that can be accommodated within higher-capacity tiers.
When Work Exceeds Scope
If the volume of work consistently exceeds the intended capacity of your tier, we will address it proactively by:
• Rebalancing assignments across billing cycles, or
• Transitioning to a higher-capacity tier to maintain turnaround times and quality
This ensures that all work continues to be handled efficiently without bottlenecks.
Monthly Structure
Capacity is reserved on a monthly basis. Each cycle stands on its own and does not roll over. This allows for consistent availability and predictable workflow management.
